I spend part of my time as a dharma teacher on the move, communicating sangharakshita's teachings in different venues around the Triratna Buddhist Community. I've been doing retreats, weekends and talks in various places around the uk and europe, concentrating on some of my favorite dharma themes. residential retreats

I am running a number of 'dharma retreats' in 2011. I call them dharma retreats because they don't quite fall into the category of meditation retreats, yet they are not 'study' retreats. Each retreat will have substantial dharmic content, mostly in the form of daily talks and led reflections, with meditation and silence. I'm keen to explore and illustrate these themes with images, film and other media... so you can expect a three dimensional experience. See 'coming up' for more details.

weekend events

This could be a day or a whole weekend, residential or not, on any of the themes that I am currently exploring.

talks

Have a listen to some previous talks for a sense of what I do. I've been experimenting with a more multi media approach to communicating the dharma, illuminating the concepts with images, sound and film. I'd be happy to give a talk at your centre on one of my current themes, though with the logistics of traveling it might have to take place when I happen to be in your area. I mostly want to give talks on material that I am already immersed in but am open to other offers!
